What's New In The Shop
On this page, we'll be showing some of the things we have going on in the shop, from time to time. It's our version of 'How it's made'!
These pictures show why it's so important to check that roof and repair any cracked seals, old silicone, small leaks. Although this may be an extreme case, roof damage can be costly to repair if it's let go for too long.
This motorhome needs basically a totally new roof, from the ceiling up. Once the wood rots, you need to rip up and start over! This one will end up being good as new.
In the next pictures, we are showing some remodeling that we have done. I wasn't quick enough to get the before, but you can see the 'during' and 'after' on a recarpeting job. Besides replacing the carpet, we installed a 'hardwood looking' floor in the kitchen area. Comes in strips like a hardwood floor, but without the upkeep and expense.
The next 2 pictures show how we can make a new flat screen fit into the old TV space. The overhead and the bedroom TV spaces needed a little carpentry work to make them look like they were original.
