Pop-Up Rental Rates                                                                                                                                                     
           

• There is a $25 non-refundable deposit to make the reservation, but that is part of the above rental fees.
  
• There is also a $50 security deposit. The camper is inspected when you return, and if everything is ok and reasonably clean you get this back.
  
• There is a $25 fee if you take your dog or cat along with you. This is a fee, not a security deposit.
  
• If you want to use our LP tank, it is an additional $5 and you use as much as you want.
  
• All fees and security deposits must be paid in full when you pick up the camper.
  
• If you have any questions, please give us a call! And if you want to check out the pop-ups before you commit, call to see if they are home. Any pop-up not rented out is opened up and ready to view.

We have 3 pop-up campers that we can rent out - for a day, a week-end or a week - or more! Its a great way to try out camping for the first time, to see if this is for you and your family. Also, many people like to camp but can only get away 2 or 3 weekeds in the summer. And its a lot of hassle to buy, maintain, insure and store something you only use a few times. So renting is the way to go! Let us worry about insurance and storage - you just enjoy the chances you have and take your family out camping.

We have two 8' pop-ups - these have a double bed on either side and a table that converts to a bed. These will sleep 4 adults, and you can put an adult on the table/bed, but its really more child sized. There is heat in each, they have a 30 amp cord for inside lights and outlets and can be hooked to a water source for use of the sink. There is also an LP stove - you can use our LP tank for a small fee, bring along your own or go without and cook over the camp fire.

We also have one 10' pop-up. This has a double bed on one side and a king size bed on the other. The table also converts to a bed and this one is adult size. There is heat, water and electric hook ups and an LP stove. There is also a small refrigerator which will run on electric or LP.

These pop-ups can be pulled by just about any mid size car or larger. Check with us if you are not sure. These are some other must haves -
*Must be at least 25 yrs old to rent a camper.

* 2" ball for the 10' pop-up -  1 7/8" ball for the 8'
*4-way flat plug for the lights when you tow the pop-up. Please check these before coming to pick up the camper, or stop in and have us check them out. This saves alot of last minute hassles!
*Must have liability insurance that will extend to the camper - we will need name and phone # of insurance company to verify this. If your collision insurance will not extend, when you sign the rental agreement you agree to pay our deductable ($250) if anything happens to the pop-up.
